Düsseldorf is a place where just having a Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG, doesn't get you noticed. Owners here then finish their cars in some striking colours, such as bright green, as seen on the E-Cell. One owner has wrapped their own SLS AMG in a very strange wrap. They decided to give their car a robust appearance.
The wrap is quite a clever one. With steel plates and rivets showing all around the car, the theme is even extended into the louvre in the grill and the finish is quite amazing. The mirrors are nicely finished, and even the logos have nothing to suffer from, with the wrap applied. The only question is if this wrap will turn into a used novelty in the future. The advantage however is that the wrap can be removed if the owner is eventually bored of it.
