Last August, the all new Ferrari 458 Spider was presented to the public. People liked it just like the normal 458, but there was a bit of a drawback. The engine wasn’t visible anymore, like it was at the coupe-version of the 458. That’s why Capristo designed a new bonnet with glass.
From now on we can enjoy looking at the V8 in the back again. The bonnet, made from carbon fiber, took quite long to develop, this because of better quality of the product. Next to that the bonnet doesn’t bring optical improvement with it, the cooling of the engine has also improved as there are more air vents on the bonnet.
