The Nissan GT-R started its life as a fast car but it still gets faster every year. For this year, Nissan made the GT-R sharper and better. The six-cylinder meanwhile has 550 bhp and this is 70 more than the first model had. A new lap on the Nordschleife didn’t took that long this time.
The GT-R is still the cheapest supercar for sale. No other sports car or even a supercar can match the performance of the Nissan. The sprint to 100 km/h takes only 2.8 seconds and even the Ferrari F12berlinetta and the Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4 aren’t that fast and that while these Italians cost twice as much as the GT-R. Meanwhile, the car, designed by Kazutoshi Mizuno, made a lap on the Nordschleife to see how fast it is. A lap time of 7 minutes and 19.1 seconds was clocked. According to mister Mizuno, half a second was lost due to traffic. Nissan will have Porsche’s attention by now, the 991 Turbo is coming very soon and the only thing they can do is to beat the time of the Nissan GT-R.
