Not that bad in real life: the new Lamborghini Gallardo LP560-4

Those who visited the stand van Lamborghini on the Paris Motor Show must have an opinion about the car. The car is named the successor of the Gallardo LP560-4 or Nova Gallardo but it’s just a facelift of the LP560-4. The facelift is uploaded on Autogespot very fast: the first copy was spotted in Belgium!

Lamborghini had a more important scoop after the Paris Motor Show, the Aventador LP700-4 Roadster. This facelift of the Gallardo is just a small job between another big project. Everyone is waiting for a worthy successor of the Gallardo instead of just some optical changes. Engine-wise, nothing’s changed. The car’s still powered by the 560 bhp strong V10 engine. The biggest competitor, the Ferrari 458 Italia is better on all aspects. Though the Gallardo now got some optical changes. It’s all about three details: the front bumper, the rear bumper and the wheels. On these pictures, the bumpers look better than they did on the exhibition. It takes some time to get used to it. When you blend this new bodykit with the Sesto Element Concept you will get the successor of the Gallardo. Thanks to spotter CoLLi, this copy was captured very beautiful.

We are now wondering when the real successor will come. Especially because Ferrari comes to the Geneva Motor Show with a new supercar. Lamborghini probably wants to come up with something on that exhibition. We keep hoping that it will be the successor which will be presented half a year after the Geneva Motor Show. For now, it keeps guessing what they will come up with.
