This Monday at noon, the Oberalppass, connecting Andermatt and Disentis, closed for the winter season. Unlike the Susten- or Furkapass, which remain closed for extended periods, the Oberalppass typically reopens in April, with the next reopening expected in April 2025.
During its closure, we can take a moment to admire some incredible cars spotted on this scenic route. One standout was a stunning Porsche 991 GT2 RS Manthey Racing in Miami Blue, hailing from Kufstein, Austria - a journey of about five and a half hours to the Oberalppass. Following this beauty, a sleek black Audi RS6 Avant C8 and a BMW M4 G82 CSL also made their presence known.
