This Mercedes-Maybach SL 680, shown here from a beautiful elevated angle, is close to perfection. Its outstanding colour combination and stunning light interior make this a truly elegant automobile.
While the early Maybach models of the modern era in the early 2000s represented a more understated and restrained form of luxury, the brand has since evolved into a distinct statement label. This SL demonstrates that especially well. The iconic double M emblem is no longer limited to the front and rear, it now appears countless times across the bonnet, the bumpers, sometimes even on the wheels, although this example features the more understated thin spoke design, and even throughout the fabric roof, where numerous Maybach logos have been woven in.
From this remarkable overhead perspective, other details become noticeable as well. One example is the exceptionally wide windscreen frame, finished in chrome, which creates an unmistakably luxurious impression.
The highlight of this particular example, however, is its magnificent paintwork. The deep green finish looks absolutely breathtaking and suits this convertible perfectly.
