Ferrari's most lighthearted model of this moment is the 458 Speciale. Those who couldn't get their hands on a Speciale Aperta can still buy a used 458 Speciale but also these models are becoming more rare. In Geneva, FuturePhotography had the chance to take some photos of a beautiful copy. The photographers used several beautiful locations in the Swiss city.

The Ferrari 458 Speciale is the successor of the very successful 430 Scuderia. Where the 430 Scuderia still has the same design as the F430, the 458 Speciale takes the model to the next level. The car has a completely new front which improves the aerodynamics. We don't see the active spoilers from the 458 Italia and at the back Ferrari's engineers made sure that the Speciale creates as much downforce as possible. Two big exhausts and a big diffuser emphasize the sporty aspirations of the 458 Speciale.

The Ferrari 458 Speciale has a lot of new technology on board. The most innovating is the Side Slip Angle Control system. This has to make it easier to push the car to the limits, although not every owner will dare to do this. From the inside, the car feels like a carbon fiber paradise. It's not only used for show but also to reduce the weight. The car lost 90 kilograms of weight. When you're behind the steering wheel the first thing that stands out is the center console. The carbon fiber tower with the most important buttons immediately catches your attention. The handling of the car will definitely invite you to floor the pedal of the 605 hp strong Ferrari.

The V8 has a specific power of 135 hp per liter. This is the highest specific power of an naturally aspirated engine ever. Combine this with the low weight, sporty setup and you know the result is incredible. You will only need three seconds to sprint to 100 kph and you will reach 200 kph in only 9.1 seconds.

Ferrari's latest achievement in the sports car segment is already a legend. It's probably the very last naturally aspirated Ferrari. This makes the 458 Speciale and especially the Speciale Aperta a great investment. The successor of the 430 Scuderia and Challenge Stradale brings the concept of a lower weight and more power to a higher level, just like we're used to from Ferrari.
