Founders Alexander Zilliger and Markus Gutjahr are in the tuning business for several years now. After having worked for several companies the two men decided to set up Alpha-N. The focus of the company is based on the development of carbon fiber parts and the building of BT-project cars, cars of Brabham Racing. The Alpha-N 1M RS however is a product of their own.
The 1M RS by Alpha-N is an almost completely rebuild version of the BMW 1 Serie M Coupe. Just like in the racing world using carbon fiber is also the focus in the world of sports cars. This 1 Serie has a carbon fiber bonnet, spoilers, roof, diffusor and rearspoiler.
Furthermore the great six cilinder has been modified. The three liter six-in-one-line has because of a new exhaust system, a modified ECU and through another air channel 70 bhp extra and the total amount has now increased to 410 bhp. Power is one thing, but at least as important are the brakes. Brake disks by MAC have been placed with stronger brake blocks. Finally everybody can see that new rims by O.Z. have been added to the car.
