For my 50th post on Autogespot, I figured I may as well post what I would say is my most random and best spot ever. I am still amazed to have spotted this beautiful (and real) Porsche 959 last weekend on my way back from a bad December car show that I went to with a friend. As we were about to get off the highway this flew past me doing at least 95 miles per hour. With my DSLR out and ready, I made my friend follow it and we barely caught up to it as it got off the exit ramp 3 miles down from where we first saw it. We followed it a mile or two more after that before losing it in traffic at a light. The guy who owns this has one of the most significant Porsche collections in the country and also collects BMWs and Alfa Romeos as well. If I'm not mistaken this is the only 959 posted from the United States on Autogespot.

Unbelievable find!!!! There are actually several 959s in my area, but I have not been able to spot any of them yet. These are so difficult to spot, can't believe you managed to get one on camera! @jersay69 once any car is 25 years old, it is not subject to the same requirements that newer cars are, so it can be imported into the U.S. and registered normally like other cars.
