Porsche has made some targa versions over the years. But the models of the last years weren’t that special. The real Targa has an iconic B-style, unique on a Porsche. Porsche returns to the real Targa with their new 991 Targa!
Since the 993 generation, we haven’t see a Targa look the way it did before. The Targa will probably come with a dismountable roof. We think that this will be a beautiful combination. Next to that, it will make the 991 Series even more successful than it already is. Engine-wise the cars will be equal to the Carrera and Carrera S, so this means 350 or 400 bhp. Who wants to see a Turbo version of this car? The car will make its debut in 2013. We don’t know on which exhibition, maybe the NAIAS in January. Or will we see the car next to the 991 GT3 in Geneva?
