It's about 200m from the Porsche dealer but I reckon it's just some guys playing padel and AG lets it stay haha.

@OJ Yeah it should be fine. Just out of curiosity, how far away do you have to be from a dealer for a car to be accepted as a spot?

I don't think there is a certain given distance. I've had a car spotted maybe 500m from the dealer but it was practically the only way from and to that dealer so they deleted it. It's a bit vague.
