From the archive. I found this Rolls-Royce Ghost Series II Black Badge driving on Elm Street on 6/10/2017. To my knowledge, this was being used as a chauffeur car to take people to The Glass House, a historic house museum built by renowned architect Phillip Johnson between 1948 and 1949. Miller Motorcars supplied the car and had a partnership with them for some kind of private event at the house that day.
