This RR Phantom belongs to the Hotel The Plaza. I think they've always had Phantoms and this is about the only chance for to spot a Series II EWB as EWB are virtually non-existent in Germany. Unsurprisingly, this car's previously been spotted by jansolanellas and Rivitography basically at the Hotel/close to the Hotel. I've seen this a few times at the Plaza, but managed to spot it at Broadway/42nd a week later.
