Our spotter TYI spotted the Acura NSX near its home town, in Columbus Ohio. The NSX produced both under the brands Honda and Acura are build right in Ohio, with most of the parts made in Marysville (OH) and the engine made in Anna (OH).
It took the car world by surprise when Honda announced the the latest NSX was going to be build outside of Japan. The only component build in Japan is the 9-speed CDT. The cars are build at the Performance Manufacturing Center and this building that was initially a warehouse, was transformed by Honda that invested $70 million. showcase facility that will build the NSX. Honda took a close look the assembly lines of Ferrari, Lamborghini, McLaren, and Bentley and took the best elements to create its own showcase facility. And if you are lucky enough to buy one, you are invited to see your own car build, we are pretty sure that this owner had the opportunity to see his one build as well.
