The newly designed DB11 is already a hit and we expect to see a lot more spots of this car from the USA. The new 5.2-liter V-12 developed by Aston Martin is a departure from the (great sounding) 5.9 liter engine of the DB9. The new engine produces 600 horsepower and that is 60 more than the DB9 GT. It produces 516 lb ft of torque versus the 457 lb ft of the DB9. The DB11 has the same 8-speed transmission as the Vanquish and has the new multilink rear suspension and electrically assisted power steering. The new aerodynamics system directs air around the car without the need for any spoilers, wings or vast diffusers. So on all fronts this is a much better sports car, in design, performance and technology!
