At first we found out that this car is pretty fast. the 525 hp strong V8 in the front doesn't only produce a lovely sound, it also has a great performance. The car weighs up to 1870 kilograms and that's quite a lot for this twoseater. When you enter a corner you can feel that it's quite a heavy car. Although this car isn't made for a day on the track. This car is meant to be driven on beautiful scenic roads in Italy or Swiss. With the top down and the sun on your head you will enjoy the sound of the roaring V8. But there are more cars that can offer the same experience but with a much better handling. What about the Jaguar F-TYPE Convertible or the Audi R8 Spyder with it's lovely V10. No roaring V8 in the front of the F-TYPE but a screaming V6. A V6 that produces such a nice sound while hitting it hard. But hey, if you are a Mercedes-AMG type of guy and your willing to drive that heavy weight be our guest. As said the SL63 is more a car to drive around through the mountains enjoying the smoothness of the car. Any other car will demand you to hit the throttle and master those corners like a mad men. The SL will bring you to your destination in full comfort and you will be relaxed at arrival. No other roadster like this will bring you that zen moment. Besides that you will know that the car won't let you down. This German masterpiece will (almost) never fail and is thrustworty every moment of the day. In blistering cold or any heat!
