A short lesson in history. In 2010, the men of Abu Dhabi Motors made a call to the Rolls-Royce Bespoke department. They asked Rolls-Royce to build some special Phantoms. This special edition already appeared on our site before. But what makes this car so special that it’s even unique in Abu Dhabi or Dubai.
The first thing that stands out is the unique colour composition. The car is painted in the colour Baniyas Gold and Baniyas Black. Especially the golden colour can be found all over the car. From golden seats to plated buttons for the radio and a real golden statue on front of the long nose. The car is named after one of the many islands of Abu Dhabi, the Sir Bani Yas Island. This island is the biggest natural island in the United Arabic Emirates. Besides that, only three copies of the Phantom Baniyas are shipped to the Middle East, a standard Phantom, a Coupé and a Drophead. So we still have something to do before this special trio is complete on Autogespot!
