Spring kicks off with a bang: Lamborghini Centenario spotted in London

Now this is something really special! A Lamborghini Centenario LP770-4 has recently been spotted in London for the first time, and it’s been way too long since we last saw one of these out in the wild. With this sighting, we can officially say that the 2025 spotting season in Europe has kicked off in the best way possible!

Looking back at all the Centenarios that have been seen over the years, the first one was spotted in Paris in 2017.

That same year, the second one - the famous Centenario from the Netherlands - popped up. This one’s had quite the journey, showing up in Germany and Belgium and going through multiple wraps. It started off black with yellow accents, then switched to a bold purple with yellow details, and later, it got wrapped again in white with red and black accents.

Then in 2018, a red Centenario showed up in Taiwan - definitely not a place you'd expect to see one!

That same year, another one, finished in orange, was spotted in Las Vegas.

Fast forward to 2019, and we got one of the strangest Centenario sightings yet - a factory-owned car from Lamborghini was seen going through an automatic car wash in Sant’Agata Bolognese. Like, seriously? Who takes a Centenario through a car wash like that? Even crazier that Lamborghini themselves did it!

And now, finally, we’ve got number six! This one was just seen in London, finished in black with dark orange accents. That means there are still 14 Coupés left unaccounted for out of the 20 that Lamborghini built, but let’s be real - some of those are probably sitting in private collections, untouched, with 0 km on the odometer. Huge respect to the six owners who actually take their cars out on the road instead of locking them away!

Back when they first came out, a Centenario would’ve set you back around 2 million euros. But today? If you’re even lucky enough to find one for sale, you’re looking at around 5 million euros for a Coupé or a Roadster. Prices have gone crazy, and spotting one on the road is only getting rarer.

So, what’s next? Let’s hope 2025 brings even more legendary hypercar sightings!
