A few years ago, Mercedes created a monster with six wheels from the G-Class. This tank-like vehicle was especially popular among the wealthy. Unfortunately, Mercedes didn't continue this trend with the new G-Class, so another company had to take up the task.

We're talking about the unique company, Brabus. In 2023, few tuners are as successful at customizing Mercedes vehicles as Brabus. It's the quality that convinces buyers to choose Brabus. Brabus is well-known for making subtle changes to the design and especially for enhancing the interiors. Not too long ago, Brabus also started working with Porsche, Rolls-Royce, and some other brands.
So, if you want a more exclusive Mercedes, perhaps one with a completely baby blue interior, Brabus is your best bet. However, you can't exactly call the changes made by Brabus small. After all, this wasn't always a 6x6. Brabus took a standard G-Class and added a truck bed and two more wheels. The result: the Mercedes-AMG Brabus G 900 XLP 6x6 Superblack.

The demand for the 6x6 vehicle was massive exactly 10 years ago in 2013. Originally designed for the Australian military, a small number were sold for civilian use. Many wanted to make these vehicles even more exclusive and turned to Brabus or Mansory for customization.
Now, 10 years later, the new G-Class has been on the market for several years, and there's even a 4x4² version. Everyone was expecting a 6x6 from Mercedes, but they didn't produce one, so Brabus saw their opportunity. If you're thinking about getting a Mercedes-AMG Brabus G 900 XLP 6x6 Superblack, you should hurry because the production is extremely limited, and it won't last long.
