Pagani is introducing a special edition of the Huayra at the Autosalon of Geneva. We already wrote about it a couple of times and the Huayra BC is finally here. It's lighter, faster and we think it's a bit uglier than the Huayra we already know.
The huge spoilers that have been fitted to the BC don't do the design of the Huayra any good. In contrary to the outside of the car, the interior is finger lickin' good. The housing for the automatic gearbox is designed in such a way you can see the parts, there is beautiful red leather with matte black carbon parts to match and the fitment as a whole is just beautiful. BC stands for 'Benny Caiola', a person who greatly inspired Horacio Pagani and had such a firm belief in the brand that he became the first client of Pagani.
The Huayra BC isn't just a standard Huayra with some bells and whistles fitted to it. It's the most advanced and innovative Huayra to date with improvements to many crucial parts of the car. The gearbox was redesigned from scratch and the suspension is derived from motorsport, but Pagani adapted it to still be comfortable enough to drive on public roads without your teeth shaking out of your mouth. The power of the AMG V12 has been raised to 750 hp! Combine this with the lower weight of the BC and you have the fastest and most agile Huayra ever built. It's just a shame about the spoilers. We know it's necessary to improve the aerodynamics and the downforce of the car, but the eye wants something too!
