St. Moritz is the birthplace of winter sports. Even today, the beautiful and wealthy from around the world come here to spend their winter holidays. Sometimes, they even bring their toys along.
Rina K. Photography has been delighting us for years with the most stunning winter spots from the picturesque St. Moritz. The abundance of luxury cars in this region has its reasons, as winter sports were essentially invented up in these mountains. After hosting the Winter Olympics three times, the village became world-famous. However, it has always been a place of a slightly more exclusive nature. Even today, there are no fewer than six 5-star hotels in St. Moritz alone, with several more in neighboring villages.
But we’re not here to talk about the magnificent hotels or winter sports as our main focus, but rather about the cars that can be seen driving around. While most people opt for a luxurious SUV like a DBX, Bentayga, or Cullinan, there are some who find this a bit too unexciting. For them, there are now some rather crazy creations from Lamborghini and Porsche. A supercar that is perfectly suited for even the snowiest winters. Of course, we’re talking about the Lamborghini Huracán Sterrato and the Porsche 911 Dakar.
In fact, you can spot quite a few of them in St. Moritz. Photographer Rina K. Photography recently captured two Dakars and a yellow Sterrato in a single day. The Sterrato is painted yellow, a color we’ve rarely seen on it before. But it suits the car very well. Let’s hope for more amazing spots like these from St. Moritz in the future...
