Now, believe it or not, it has been a whole 100 years since Bentley first participated in Le Mans. This is truly an incredible feat, considering how far automotive technology had advanced or, more accurately, had yet to advance so many years ago. This is now a tribute to this 100-year celebration.

Back then, it was a private customer who thought he could still participate in the Le Mans car race. He took his Bentley and indeed joined the race. Not a year passed before Bentley itself registered a factory team in the now legendary Le Mans race and has since become an established team.
The first, and for now, the only car of its kind to be delivered in the Netherlands is the Bentley Continental GT Le Mans Collection. It's an ode to Bentley's participation in Le Mans a century ago. Yes, you read that right, 100 years! In 2001, they made a comeback, and in 2003, they won the race with the Speed 8. In honor of this race, Bentley has developed the Continental GT Le Mans Collection. The first specimen was spotted in Werkendam on Autogespot. This car, limited to 48 units, boasts a substantial W12 engine at the front. What's most remarkable about this car is the center console. There, you'll find a valve from the engine of the Speed 8, the car that won Le Mans! A piece of history in this new car.
This specimen was seen in the Netherlands, in Werkendam.
