We can add the Vencer Sarthe to our database

Yesterday, the Dutch 'Spot of the Day' came from Amsterdam. The spotters from JiWi spotted a real scoop for Autogespot near the office of BNR Nieuwsradio, a Dutch radio station with a lot of car news. Thanks to this spot, we can add a new brand to our database!

New company
Vencer is a new compnay that was founded by Rober Cobben in 2010. The vision of Cobben was quite simple, 'making a fantastic sports car'. In Nijverdal, the Netherlands, we find the office of Holland's youngest sports car company. The Sarthe is the first and only model of the company and this is the first copy that is spotted on the streets.

Sarthe
The company has chosen for details from the racing history. They refer to Le Mans in the eighties. The car has a short nose with a long windshield. The car also has a high-tech hybrid spaceframe chassis on which the carbon fiber bodywork is mounted. They used these material to make the car as light weight as possible.

Specifications
Under the hood, we find a V8 engine which is attached to a six speed gearbox. 45 percent of the weight lays on the front axle and the other 55 percent lays on the rear axle. The engine produces 510 hp and 650 Nm of torque. The weight of the Sarthe is only 1390 kilograms. In 3.8 seconds you'll sprint to 100 kph and you can eventually reach a top speed of 326 kph.
