We often publish articles about the exotic cars owned by football players. It's clear that they have the biggest paychecks of all sportsmen. But lately, tennis has become more and more popular. Especiall top tennis players earn several millions every year. Unfortunately, we have not seen any cars of tennis players on the Autogespot, until now. In Belgrade, two cars are spotted owned by two tennis players from Serbia, Janko Tipsarević and Viktor Troicki.
For most of us, the names are unknown, but these are very good players. Janko Tipsarević is the best Serbian tennis player after Novak Djoković, of course. Tipsarević is currently No.52 on ATP list but, his highest ranking was No.8 on April 2012. Still, in his career he earned over 7 million dollar only from tournaments. Recently, he bought a brand new BMW M6 Grancoupe in a matte grey colour. On the plates we can see his year of birth and initials. The car was spotted at the GrandCasino in Belgrade during the Davis Cup final. Unfortunately, Tipsarević was injuried and Serbia lost the final from Czech Republic.
The second car comes from the third best tennis player, Viktor Troicki. Currently No.80 on the ATP list. His best ranking was No.12, two and a half years ago. He earned over 4.5 million dollar from tournaments, still enough money to drive a powerful BMW sedan, the BMW M550d. He also has his initials on his license plate. Troicki is currently suspended, because he rejected a doping test after a match a few months ago. His car is spotted in front of a tennis court during his training. Novak Djoković, the best tennis player in the world, does not drive an exotic car. He drives a new CLS 350 CDI, and other sponsored Mercedes-Benz cars.
