What an incredible spot this is! It’s absolutely mind-blowing, the car, the location, and the timing couldn’t have lined up more perfectly. Spotter JFVSpots received a tip that a Mercedes-AMG Brabus Rocket 1000 GTS was roaming around somewhere in the Netherlands. Naturally, once he got home, he jumped online and started digging to find out exactly where he needed to go. After some searching, he decided to head out and go on the hunt for this insane Brabus machine.

When he arrived at the first location, the car, unfortunately, wasn’t there. So, he decided to head back home, taking the scenic route through Brouwersdam. And then, completely by chance, there it was, the Brabus Rocket 1000 GTS, parked on the side of the road with a stunning view over the ocean. He had just a few minutes before it left, but everything about the scene was perfect. The light, the setting, the car, it all came together in a way that almost felt staged. But it wasn’t. Just one of those magical, once-in-a-lifetime car spotting moments. The photos say it all.
The German license plate on the Rocket 1000 GTS is registered in Bottrop, which just happens to be the hometown of Brabus. That makes it pretty clear this example is directly from Brabus themselves. It could be out on a customer demonstration run, or maybe it’s in transit to its future owner, we can only guess. But here’s an interesting detail: this exact license plate has been spotted before. It was previously seen in Essen and Düsseldorf, attached to another beast of a car, a black Porsche 992 Turbo S Brabus 820, another stunning creation from the German tuner.

And get this, this is the second Brabus Rocket 1000 GTS we’ve seen featured on our site this month alone. Not long ago, another one was spotted in Marbella, Spain. And if we go back a bit further to May, another Rocket 1000 GTS appeared, though that one was a different spec: the breathtaking Deep Blue edition, its blue carbon fiber body gleaming beautifully in the sun of Düsseldorf.
