Carugati and Lamborghini dealer in Geneva

It’s Fridaynight and we’re off to Geneva. Why? For the motorshow going on there, obviously. But of course, Geneva has more to offer than only that. After an eight-hour journey we arrive at the motorshow. But after four hours, we feel we’ve seen the best of it and decide to leave. It’s 5 pm, and we set our TomTom SatNav to “Route de la Galaise, 14”. That’ll bring us to a true fanatic with a dustless showroom!

So, TomTom leads us to the right spot and already we see three true eyecatchers behind the glass. Three Paganis, of which one is a Zonda F Clubsport. Before this Carugati was completely unknown to us. But after we’ve paid a visit to this dealer’s website, it became clear we’re dealing with one of the finest dealers in the world! The cars this dealership has sold are insane! Carrera GT’s, Pagani Zondas, Ferrari Enzos to 288 GTO’s. Think of a supercar and you can almost be sure one has been sold here!

After walking into his showroom it looks like this is just a small dealership. But we were soon proven wrong. At the time of our visit there were a few classic Ferraris without even the slightest bit of dust on them! To name them all: two times a 288 GTO, a 365 GTB/4 Daytona, a 365 GT 2+2, a 275 GTB/2 Longnose Alu, a 275 GTB/4, a 330 GTS and a 575 F1 Superamerica.

But, as said before, Pagani was represented here as well. And how! A Zonda F Clubsport Roadster 7.3, a Zonda S 7.0 and a Zonda S Roadster 7.3. When you are standing next to these Paganis you start to realise that these aren’t just cars. They’re the result of six years of long, hard, secret work. And it shows! Everything on these cars is just right! The Zonda is just one big adventure in which many different people of different ages have put their life and soul into. And it was all started by Horaccio Pagani himself.

After taking a nice little Pagani-pin (we are Dutch, after all), we went to Geneva’s Lamborghini dealer. We drove past it on our way to Carugati and saw all that beauty just waiting for us to pay a visit. Of course, we couldn’t resist going there. So we walked in just before closing-time. At Lamborghini Geneva, there were cars we had never seen in our years of spotting. What about a Lamborghini Murciélago Le Mans, or a Diablo Affolter Edition. This Diablo was maimed and tortured to something hideous and ghastly by some guy called Affolter. And to finish it all, we also saw a Diablo VT Roadster, Miura S and a Jalpa.

There were also two Gallardo Superleggeras. Now it became clear how nice the spoiler actually suits the Gallardo. One of the Superleggeras had the small version of the spoiler and if you look at that one, you get the feeling something it missing. This is al fixed by the one with the bigger spoiler, that really shows the power of this monster!
