Collaborations in motor development, we see them more often like with the PSA group and Mercedes-Benz with their diesel engines. Two reputable sports car manufacturers working together is something we don’t see very often. Still, Aston Martin and AMG are doing this, and Aston Martin seems to have some advantage of this collaboration.
For years already, AMG builds the most powerful V8 and V12 engines to place them in all possible models. Aston Martin builds the same engines but they think they can improve with the collaboration with the men from Affalterbach. As part of the deal, AMG gets a five percent share in Aston Martin. We are quite curious to what results this collaboration will lead, because it’s definitely remarkable and interesting!
