Momenteel nog relatief zeldzaam in de VS (4de exemplaar), zelfs een primeur voor New York. Hij stond naast de Plaza Residence (voormalig Plaza Hotel). Later heb ik nog een dubbele 57 S gespot en een GTC gemist.
