I think is the same car you have spotted, different number plates, so yes, Nogaro edition.

@RoA I know that at some point a guy in Teleorman was selling a Nogaro edition , an RS6 Nogaro in TR I think there is only one , and yes I spotted the one PIT in dorobanți ! I don't know if they're the same
