Audi RS6 Avant C7, when will you come?

When the new Audi RS6 Avant comes we have to say goodbye to a series of performance cars from Germany. At Mercedes-Benz AMG they’ve never gone further than an eight-cylinder. BMW and Audi are crazy enough to do that. Audi’s last RS6 had a V10 Biturbo with 580 bhp, a real enthusiast of going fast and petrol. The new generation will come soon which means an end for the V10 in the Audi’s.

The Audi RS6 Avant C6 already is out of production so people have to satisfy themselves with second-hand cars. Audi is very busy testing the new RS6 Avant C7 over the last few months. The RS6 will only be made as RS6 Avant from now on. This will be compensated by the RS7 which probably will introduced at the same time. Geneva next year will be the most likely moment to introduce the cars. Under the bonnet we will find a V8 Biturbo, the same one as the S6 and the S8. The car maybe will have less power, but with new technologies, the RS6 C7 can win from its older brother with 550 or 560 bhp. The exterior won’t be a big surprise. The famous details like widened wheelarches, chrome mirrors and a tough nose will find their way to this supercar kiler.
