Geneva '19: Lamborghini Huracán EVO Spyder

It will be the official launch to the public of the open-top car that joins its coupé counterpart launched earlier this year. The Huracan EVO Spyder will be the second model in the V10 Huracán EVO line-up. The Spyder adopts the next-generation vehicle dynamic control and aerodynamics developed for the coupé, with the 5.2 liter naturally-aspirated Lamborghini V10 engine uprated for a higher power output and incorporating Titanium intake valves.

First Spot: Ferrari 488 Pista Spider

The new Spider was spotted not too far from its hometown, Milan (ITA). The Ferrari 488 Pista Spider is the 50th drop-top model from the Prancing Horse. The new car sets a new benchmark for Ferrari for spider performance with an unprecedented weight-power ratio of 1.92 kg/cv.

News: Ferrari replaces the 488 GTB with the F8 Tributo

Mar 2, 2019, 11:39 AM Ferrari has revealed the first official photographs of the F8 Tributo, the new mid-rear-engined sports car that represents the highest expression of the company’s classic two-seater berlinetta. The new F8 Tributo will replace the outgoing 488 GTB. The name is an homage to both the model’s uncompromising layout and to the engine that powers it. With a massive 720 cv and a record specific power output of 185 cv/l, it is the most powerful V8 in Prancing Horse history for a non-special series car.

First Spot: Aston Martin Vanquish Zagato Shooting Brake

This is the Shooting Brake and it represents the ultimate extreme of the Vanquish Zagato family. The Shooting Brake is still a strict two-seater, but one conceived as an individual and exceptionally practical GT. The extended roof on the concept sketch bears the iconic Zagato ‘double-bubble’ surfacing complete with glass inlays to let light flood into the cockpit.

Top Spot: Purple Lamborghini Aventador SVJ

Feb 19, 2019, 1:29 PM Lamborghini has taken the Aventador to the extreme with the LP770-4 SVJ. Spotted by TFJJ in London, this SVJ looks stunning in the purple finish. The SVJ's eye catcher is of course the rear wing. It was designed for the best aerodynamic efficiency, based on a new air foil; an optimized ALA 2.0 system; and side winglets to reduce turbulence while providing high downforce on the straight as well as in high speed corners.

Congratulations on this amazing win. Apollo decided not to show their new car at the Geneva International Motor Show, but instead they paraded their hypercar through the streets of Geneva and spotter Nico K. Photography was at the right place at the right time. Congrats, and thank you to all the participants and voters!

Top Spot: Pagani Huayra Roadster 'Yellow Bird'

Yellow Bird is the "unofficial" name of this bright yellow Pagani Huayra Roadster that Miller Motorcars (Greenwich, CT) delivered the day before. The car is owned by the Pagani collector "sparky1888". Spotter Rivitography has the opportunity to spot his second Roadster, "The Joker", that was picked up on the same day.
