I found this menacing SS next to the Taxi stand "Pirules off of Blvrd Popocatepetl. It was located five minutes from my first home, next to my father's childhood home. My grandparents had been living there for many years and they are moving out. I went to Mexico with my dad to help tidy up everything. On a side note, (EM) stand for Estado de Mexico which is the state's name.
