Geneva 2013: Audi RS7

Mercedes-Benz brings the brutal E63 AMG S to Geneva and Audi brings another performance sedan. The RS7 is, together with the RS6 Avant C7, the new horsepower canon from the RS series. The Audi has it all to compete not only with performance limousines, but also with sports cars. The V8 from the RS7 makes this sports limousine a very fast car.

As soon as you see a wider A7 behind you, with the word Quattro in the grill, you can better make room for this car. The RS7 can easily reach 300 kph although the top speed is limited to 250 kph. This is too slow for an Audi with 560 hp and 700 Nm of torque. Thanks to the famous Quattro four wheel drive system, the German accelerates to 100 kph in 3.9 seconds. This is slower than the Mercedes-Benz E 63 AMG S but still way faster than BMW’s M5. The RS7 can be recognized, just like every other RS model, at its bigger bumpers, new grille, carbon fiber components and oval exhausts. On the inside, the car is a bit more sporty but still business like, like we’re used to from Audi.
