Bugatti has a great cooperation with the company Königliche Porzellan-Manufatur Berlin, which is specialized in porcelain. This cooperation resulted in some special Bugatti Veyrons including the Bugatti Veyron 16.4 Grand Sport L'Or Blanc. A sequeal followed, the Wei Long Edition for the Chinese market. Strange thing is, this Bugatti can be found in Europe.
In 2012, the Chinese celebrated the year of the dragon. That year, several car manufacturers introduced special editions for China. The Ferrari 458 Italia Dragon Edition, Aston Martin Year of the Dragon series and the Phantom Year of the Dragon for example. A Bugatti can’t be missed in this list. That’s why Bugatti build the Wei Long Veyron.
The Wei Long Edition has a unique colour scheme of pearl white combined with red. On the exterior you can find some Chinese characters and details with a porcelain coating, like the gas cap and the heart of the wheels. In the interior of the Bugatti we can also find a lot of dragons. On the seats and between the seats you can find dragons. The price of this Veyron 16.4 Grand Sport Wei Long was €1.580.000,- excluding taxes, back in 2012. This copy is probably owned by a Chinese who decided to park this car at his European house.
