Spotted for the first time in Berlin

strange car...it has the Brembo-brakes like the SRT-8, the kit looks also like the SRT-8, but the exhaust is missing. It is as wide as the Koenigseder SRT-8, but it has not the spoiler like the Koenigseder. Plus the front is fixed with duct tape... So what is it? It should be a real SRT-8 (because of the brakes) but what exactly? I have no idea, so please help.
