Meet the Valkyrie AMR Pro - AM's track monster

The Aston Martin Valkyrie is not even on the road, and yet the track-only model is already presented. Meet the Aston Martin Valkyrie AMR Pro, the track-only version of the Valkyrie. This car allowed the engineers from Aston Martin to apply all the technological innovations that didn't make it in the street version of the car, into the track version. And according to Aston Martin, this carwill push the performance limits even further.

Aston Martin will build only 25 copies of the AMR Pro, and as expected they are already sold out. Aston Martin was able to make this car even lighter with lighter carbon fiber parts, including a carbon fiber wishbones. The smaller wheels are designed to fit the Michelin racing tires that will allow the car to compete in the LMP1 Championship. Race car seats and polycarbonate windshield are typical track-only components that will help to further reduce the weight. And of course, the AC/Heater unit has been removed together with AM infotainment system, but heck who needs that in a sports car anyway. The 6.5 liter Cosworth V12 will produce more power and torque but we will have to wait for the official data.
