Paris 2012: Audi RS5 Cabriolet

Most of you will say that the autumn is starting but some will also be positive and say that it’s almost spring! Before we all know it we can go to the beach and enjoy a mojito. Or you can open the top of your convertible and take it for a drive. Audi shows us the RS5 Convertible in Paris, a perfect cruiser which is also very, very fast. After years of waiting, the A5 Convertible is finally available in the most brutal version, the RS.

The RS5 Convertible is on the outside almost the same as the RS5 Coupe. Only new 19 inch wheels and a small carbon fiber rear spoiler are characteristic differences compared to the RS5 Coupe, next to the fact that it’s a convertible. The most important is the engine in the front of the car. The engine produces 450 bhp and 430 Nm of torque which is released to all the four wheels. This RS5 Convertible is a great car for daily use thanks to the Quattro system. When you want to lose grip you have to drive like a maniac. This might make the RS5 Convertible a bit boring but whoever has the money for a RS5 Convertible will also have the money for another rear while driven car. It is and it will always be a combination of a long distance racer, a sports car and a cruiser, the RS5 Convertible.
