Scoop spotted: Chrysler 300C SRT8 2013

The 300C by Chrysler is available for quite a while already. In 2004, the first generation was introduced and the second generation was introduced in 2011. The SRT8 version of this generation is meanwhile introduced and the first copy is now spotted in the United States of America.

In Europe, the price of a performance saloon like the BMW M5 or Audi RS7 way above 100,000 Euros. That’s a lot of money when you start looking for other options, like for instance the Chrysler. The 300C SRT8 is a good alternative for those with a little less money, but who are still looking for a sporty four-door car. In the United States, the price of the 300C SRT8 starts at 49,000 Dollars. Way less than the BMW or Audi. You can of course see this at the quality of the product but when you don’t worry about that, this car is a real bargain. In the front, you’ll find a V8 which produces 465 hp and only needs 4.5 seconds to sprint to 100 kph. The styling of the car is typical American, the 300C is a big car and has, just like the first generation, a typical mobster look with the low windows and high doors.
