A magnificent Aston Martin Valkyrie was recently spotted in Houston. It is the very first Aston Martin of its kind in the USA.
We haven’t seen many Aston Martin Valkyries so far. But that’s not surprising, given the limited number produced by Aston Martin. Only 150 units are being built by the British automaker. Another reason why these 150 cars are rarely seen on the road is that the Valkyrie is probably the most impractical road-legal vehicle ever. There are exposed carbon fiber parts everywhere that could easily break with a slight mishap, leading to damages costing tens of thousands.
On top of that, the car is so poorly suited for normal driving that it should probably be classified as a UFO. Visibility is extremely limited, and the driver is practically at the same height as the tire valves of other vehicles. Everything about it suggests that it shouldn’t be taken on public roads. Yet for some owners, even all these reasons are not enough to stop them. They take this supercar out of its warm garage and risk everything.
This stunning dark blue example is one of only 15 Aston Martin Valkyries shipped across the Atlantic to the USA, making it an extremely rare car in the country.
