Chevrolet is currently developing a high-performance beast and testing it at the Nürburgring – the highly anticipated Chevrolet Corvette C8 Zora! This upcoming model will be a hybrid variant of the C8 and is set to be the flagship of the platform. Rumors suggest it will produce over 1,200 PS, positioning it as a serious super- and hypercar contender.
Not long ago, Chevrolet unveiled the all-new C8 ZR1, powered by a 5.5-liter twin-turbo V8 that delivers 1,064 PS at 7,000 rpm and 1,122 Nm of torque at 6,000 rpm. The ZR1 is currently the most powerful production Corvette to date, but the Zora is expected to take things to the next level. While the exact release date remains uncertain, rumors hint at a launch around 2026.
