More hybrid Ferraris to come in the future?

Aug 22, 2013, 3:37 PM Ferrari doesn't have much faith in electric cars, but the more they have in hybrid-powered cars. The LaFerrari is a forerunner of what we can expect in the Ferrari's future. These electrically powered Ferraris are no exception anymore. The 499 copies of the LaFerrari are already sold, which means the Ferrari hybrid is working well commercially.

Few spots, few videos or appearances in magazines. A new video appeared on the internet recently, coming from the guys from EVO which had the opportunity to test a pre-production copy. Despite it only has 470 bhp the Porsche is way more fun to drive than its rivals with 100 bhp extra. To prove if the Porsche is a worthy supercar, it battles with the McLaren 12C Coupé and Nissan GT-R in the video.

Jaguar XJ Ring taxi crashes during touristenfahrten on Nürburgring

Aug 13, 2013, 3:40 PM The ring-taxi has got many different versions. There's the BMW Ring-taxi, the Aston Martin taxi and the Jaguar XJ Ring-taxi. The last one shows how not to do a lap. Just before the famous Adenauer Forst corner the Jaguar XJ comes flying by to crash into the crash barrier thanks to a jammed right wheel afterwards. The XJ is only modified in the interior for safety of the passengers, the luxurious seats with ventilation and heater have been replaced by four bucket seats with a four-point racing belts. A fully tailor-made roll cage finishes the modifications. The crash seems to be a techical problem and not the driver's fault as we can see the jammed right wheel.

Sportier and more powerful: Novitec Rosso Ferrari F12berlinetta

Aug 13, 2013, 12:17 PM A sportier look and even more power for the Ferrari F12berlinetta. Novitec Rosso again knew how to get that extra bhps out of the V12 in the long nose of the car. Last year they already did the F12berlinetta, but the modifications were only a new set of wheels and exhaust system. They've developed a new carbon fiber package and with that, they are ready for the IAA in Frankfurt.

Another McLaren P1 driving around on dealership's plates

Aug 13, 2013, 11:57 AM McLaren has been very busy promoting the P1 over last few months. The first cars will probably be delivered at the end of this month to the first monied customers. To rise the sales, as some of the 375 copies remain unsold, or to please the desiring future owners, several copies are driving around on dealership's plates. Recently, two of those copies got spotted in Spain, including dealership's plates.

Will the M4 Coupé already come to the IAA in Frankfurt or...?

The big automotive parlour will take place and like always, the big German brands will make it into a place of superlatives with their newest creations. Today, BMW sent out a little tease of what we are up to see. We can hear and see a small piece of the BMW M4 Coupé F82, which creates the question of where it will be introduced. Will it be at Frankfurt of coming weekend at Pebble Beach where they reveal the M4 Concept? We will know soon!
