May 31, 2012, 10:00 AM Eco-friendly and suitable for the family. A concept of a car can’t sound much more boring. Pininfarina however proves that this is not the case with the Cambiono Concept. Just the name sounds great already! It is about a three-door concept and there are no plans to take it into production. Maybe Aston Martin might think: “hey, this might be something for us.”

Villa d'Este: BMW i8

May 30, 2012, 10:00 PM Electric traction is totally fancy on the conceptcars at Villa d’Este! Also the sexy conceptmodel of BMW, the i8 has to be confronted with it. Not a massive V8 in the front, but a combination of an electric engine with a three-cilinder petrol engine care for the needed amount of horsepower. You get 393 bhp at your disposal, which makes that you can sprint to 60 miles per hour in just less than five seconds. So far this concept is to be seen shining at the Como lake!

May 30, 2012, 8:28 PM One of the most legendary cars ever produced is the Shelby Cobra or the AC Cobra. Very recently, the spiritual father of this car died. Carroll Shelby, the guy who made a big impression in the racing industry back in the sixties with this machine. The car is still alive today, in the shape of the many replica’s which are build. The combination of a small car with a very big engine is very popular by many petrolheads. Recently, the Polish photographer AutoPstryk made a very nice review of one of these stunning cars. A nice photo shoot is the result.

Gumball 3000 2012: daily report nine, Kansas City to Santa Fe!

May 30, 2012, 1:30 PM Yesterday, the longest day of the Gumball 3000 was waiting for us. Not just seven or eight hours in the car, we had to drive thirteen long hours with outside temperatures near 40 degrees Celsius. Luckily someone discovered air-conditioning a long time ago so it wasn’t that hot inside the car. Team Galag unfortunately did have some problems with the air-conditioning of their Lamborghini Aventador so they flew directly to Las Vegas. Besides that also a lot of nice things happened yesterday!

Also the Ferrari FF is burning very well!

May 30, 2012, 9:45 AM With the nice weather of the last couple of days, lots of people ate from the barbecue. On lots of places the charcoals burned great, but in Poland a Ferrari FF burned just as good. Actually a little too good, because this car clearly is total loss. At the A4 in Poland the new flame of Ferrari went a little too hot under the bonnet, where the car started to burn. When the flames came (literally) from under the throttle to the inside of the car the owner tried to extinguish the fire. Unfortunately, he didn’t succeed. In a very short time, the whole car was on fire. It seems to be already the third time this is happening with an FF, after earlier accidents in Germany and China. Nissan WALD GT-R spotted in Tallin!

May 30, 2012, 8:30 AM The Nissan GT-R is one of the best cars you can buy. For half the money you will be way faster than a Porsche Turbo and you have one of the most high-tech cars you can buy. Though Nissan presents a new version every year, probably to make sure they stay better than Porsche and sell more cars. Tuner WALD made the perfect Nissan GT-R a long time ago, but this car was recently spotted in Tallin!

White beauty spotted: Wiesmann GT MF5

May 29, 2012, 8:22 PM It is white, looks aggressive and we don't see it very much. It is a Wiesmann GT MF5. Indeed, that small coupe with the powerful V8 Biturbo from BMW! This model was spotted in Geneva for the last time. You will always find some nice spots in this city. Sometimes it are great spots like a Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4 or a Ferrari 599 GTO. This time we see a special creation from Germany!

Special dark blue BMW M1 spotted!

May 29, 2012, 6:04 PM The BMW M1 is BMW's sports icon. Just a car BMW is missing nowadays to compete with the Audi R8 and the Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG. At the end of the 70's and beginning of the 80's, BMW did have a leading model when you were talking about street legal race cars. This was the BMW M1 and even nowadays this car isn't slow! We've seen a blue copy only once before, recently the second copy was uploaded on our website.
