In February, Bentley it was 99 percent sure that Bentley would come up with the Bentley SUV. Sources withing Bentley confirmed the start of the development for the SUV. Now, five months later, we get the official announcement. In 2016, Bentley will come up with their SUV.
The production of the car will take place in Crew, in the United Kingdom and not in Bratislava. With this fourth model, Bentley’s range is even further extended and they create an extra 1000 jobs. It’s an enormous boost for the region’s economy. The next few years, Bentley will invest 800 million Pounds in the facilities in Crewe and the development of new models. Of course, the Volkswagen Group did a good research to the future of this new SUV. Worldwide, there will be a big demand for this car. Especially in the Middle East, Russia and China, this car will be very popular. We expect to have more information about this car on the IAA, in September. We also expect to see this car on the Nürburgring soon, where it definitely will be tested!
