It\'s from Spain, it\'s a provisional plate. We use this plate while the car is from a dealer or when the deffinitive plate isn\'t ready. I hope you understand the explanation... I can\'t do it better in English, in Spanish is:

Wat een gruwelijke wagen zeg. In het wit is die echt mooi! Zo zou ik 'm ook graag willen spotten. _O_ Beter dan zwart of grijs.
