100% No. First, it's a convertible which unfortunately does not match with a SL 65 AMG Black Series, Second, I fortunately know very precisely that this is a SL 65 AMG by Prior Design.

Wrong! The owner showed me the details and original papers. The only change is the exhaust.

@LuxurySpottings : Indeed wrong! The Prior Design has several other details. One of the details is : the Prior Design has got LED light in front of the bumper. Check teh internetsite of Prior Design and you will see that this is a normal Black Series.

And in before any further "information", one does clearly see that this particular car is a convertible. And I just want to make sure that I did not got my mood across wrong, it's still a great car, nice bodykit, "nice" color and nice shots. We spotted it ourselves, too, just wanna make sure it stays correct. Not want to be offensive or so :-).
