Legends of the Autobahn is a show for German cars held in Carmel Valley. Now in it's 4th year, the show has transitioned from only BMWs to including the other prominent German makes: Mercedes, Porsche, and Audi.

The Challenge 2012: beautiful route through the mountains

Aug 29, 2012, 10:31 AM The Challenge 2012 started in Velden am Wörthersee yesterday. A beautiful place in Austria where the day before yesterday all competitors gathered. After a short night for some of the competitors, the rally started at 10:30 AM in front of the hotel. The destination for that day was revealed and we had to drive to Schio in Italy where a delicious lunch was waiting for us.

Tuesday had the "Concours on the Avenue," a free car show in downtown Carmel, one of the hubs of the region. Wednesday had the Jet Center party that typically showcases some supercars, classics, helicopters, and planes.

Reputed to be the oldest Ferrari owners' club in the world, the Southern Equitorial Ferrari Automobil Club was established in Johannesburg in 1967. Founded by enthusiast Pierre Kelfkens as a motivation for luncheon get-togethers with like-minded Ferraristi, SEFAC fast became the foremost single-marque automotive Club on the African continent.

Event: Prague International Chevy Corvette Meeting

Jul 27, 2012, 4:00 PM The real Corvette fanatics had to be in Prague last weekend. The Prague International Chevy Corvette Meeting took place in that city. Up to 120 Corvettes were present and a lot of people came to see the cars and make pictures of the cars. Unfortunately the weather was not very good.

60 Ferrari F40's during the 2012 Silverstone Classic

Jul 25, 2012, 4:10 PM A great event took place on the track of Silverstone last weekend. Cars worth millions of dollars were driving around. Not all different cars, but only one model made this event a great success. They also broke a world record. Sixty Ferrari F40’s were present to honor the 25th anniversary of this icon.
