Event: Ferrari Dino meeting in Germany

Jul 23, 2012, 9:00 PM Due to the current power battle with Lamborghini everyone will forget the fact that Ferrari made cars with a V6 instead of a V8 or V12, back in the days. I recently visited an event of the German Ferrari Club where only the so-called Ferrari Dino’s were allowed to visit. I made some pictures of this event which I would like to share with you.

Event: Concours d'Elegance van Marbella

Jul 21, 2012, 4:04 PM Sun, it's something they have a lot in Marbella. Luckily for them because last saturday the 'Campo de Golf de Magna Marbella' was held on the golf course of Marbella. The nice surrounding took care of a good atmosphere with cars of differrent ages. Spotter AMM sent us a lot of pictures of this event. A good reason to go on vacation to Marbella and get away from the rain in Northern Europe.

Event: Ferrari Club Germany honors the Ferrari F40

Jul 19, 2012, 4:31 PM To celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Ferrari F40, Ferrari Club Germany organized a special F40-event. As big finale they had a trackday on the track of Anneau du Rhin last week. This track is in the Elzas in the eastern part of France. Next to the participating F40’s there were also some more recent models present at this trackday.

Event: 6to6 Europe Tour starts in Barcelona

Jul 19, 2012, 12:04 PM Last weekend, Barcelona was all about the 6to6 Motorday, an event which takes place every year and gives the starting signal for the 6to6 Europe Tour. This event is a tour of six days which goes from Munich to Monaco this year. They flew to Munich on Monday and left for Salzburg on Tuesday. Wednesday they visited the Großglockner in Austria and headed to Venice after that. Today and tomorrow they will be in Monaco. Saturday, when everyone has had enough sleep, they will head for Spain again. So are you close to Monaco and you want to see the 6to6 Europe Tour? Photo report: Ferrari Corse Clienti on Spa-Francorchamps

Jul 19, 2012, 9:15 AM Rain or dry, the day before yesterday we could hear a lot of noise on the track of Spa-Francorchamps. Competitors of the Corse Clienti program settled on the track in Belgium to let their 599XX, 599XX Evo, FXX or former Formula 1 car hear. During seven events this year the competitors can enjoy themselves with their exclusive toys on some world famous tracks. The Ferrari Corse Clienti team visited earlier this years the tracks of Suzuka, Laguna Seca and Paul Ricard.

Goodwood Festival of Speed: spotting at the parking lot

Jul 17, 2012, 4:45 PM This year I was lucky enough to attend the Goodwood Festival of Speed all three days, it is a great show which takes place on the first weekend of July every year. Cars you expect to see there are Le Mans cars, rally cars, F1 cars, historic racers, crazy new concepts and of course, the supercars!

Event: Le Mans Classic part three

Jul 15, 2012, 1:00 PM On the weekend of July 6th, the ‘second’ 24 Hours of Le Mans was organized: Le Mans Classic. For the sixth time the visitors made a time journey. After the record edition of 2010, the 2012-edition had more than 100.000 visitors in attendance. Along with many participants and fans, there were also around 170 car clubs at Le Mans. The largest of these clubs was the Porsche Club with around 1100 cars as the Germans are used to, sorted by type of car.

Event: Autobello Madrid

Jul 12, 2012, 5:00 PM Recently, we already published a photo report of the Spanish event Autobello Barcelona. We said that last weekend the same event would be organized in Madrid. Spotter Raul Salinas decided to take a look in his spotting city Madrid. There were enough beautiful cars present at the event. From a classic Hispano Sauza to the new McLaren MP4-12C, a lot of special cars. Enjoy the pictures of Raul.

Event: Le Mans Classic 2012

Jul 11, 2012, 4:30 PM Le Mans Classis 2012, a true spectacle. You can’t count the cars worth millions on one hand. The 18 Ferrari 250 GTO’s were already worth more than 100 million Euros in total!

Cannonball Run Europe 2012: the arrival in Brussels

Jul 10, 2012, 7:30 PM Next to the famous Gumball 3000, there are some other eventes where several supercars visit some cities. Examples are the Modball Rally and the Cannonball Run. The European version of the last event visited the Conrand hotel at the Belgian capital Brussels. Several spotters were present and made the following pictures.
