The plate that cost one man $14mil apparently. This lovely Red Phantom was bearing the very exclusive registration of '1', an Omani registration. I was able to spot this driving through Knightsbridge and Hyde Park Corner. How one man can spend $14mil on a plate beggars belief, but it's still cool to see this very exclusive plate driving about in London
