Have been to Orlando, but not to Miami or Daytona Beach. I've heard that Miami is just an amazing place to spot (wealth of Lambo's and Bull Fest is on March 1st, perhaps you are there)...have seen the Veneno coming by on other sites that was spotted in Miami. And there is always something to spot in Miami Beach. The Daytona 500 will be going on Feb 22nd...not sure if you are a fan of NASCAR, but the circus around it is amazing by itself. I have spotted a few cars in Orlando, you can check it out on AG. Favorite spot is the valet at The Mall at Millenia (high end shopping area) and if you drive around the Mall area there are lots of good restaurants and shops where people park their "exotics". There is also good spotting around the Disney resorts and the high end restaurants. Have fun!!!
