BMW doesn’t have a very big history regarding real sports cars. Only the M1 can be seen as a real supercar from the past, where other brands have multiple cars in this category. But this doesn’t mean that the BMW M1 looks like a real classic. A few days ago, a copy was spotted in Berlin by spotter Tommy. It may not look like it on the pictures but the BMW M1 is a very powerful and beautiful car!
In 1979, this car saw the light. At that time, the design of cars wasn’t very complicated, something which changed in the last years. Relative simple lines make this car look so powerful. The sharp nose and high tail make it look very aerodynamic. The car produces 277 bhp and they make you accelerate to 100 kph in 5.9 seconds. The acceleration stops at 262 kph, but that’s quite fast when you remember that this car is built 35 years ago. Nowadays, we don’t see the car very often but every car fanatic should have seen a copy of this car once in his life!
